Wiland Associates spent last week delivering an All Hazards O-305 Course in Tallahassee Florida. The success of students is primary focus for our instructors. The Wiland Cadre takes the time to explain the relationship of worksheets and the ICS forms that will be included in the Incident Action Plan. In this picture, Bill Miller is using one of the additional exercises that Wiland Cadre has developed to reinforce this process. The additional exercises reinforce the process, behaviors and practices expected from incident management team members.
