Situation Unit Leader students in Honolulu are practicing the art of information management during a practical exercise. The Wiland Cadre believes that students will be better prepared when more hands on experiences are utilized during the class. Additional small exercises are injected into the curriculum to support the learning objectives. In this scenario students are gathering information and intelligence during an exercise with torrential rain that overflowed and destroyed earthen dams on Oahu, forcing the evacuation of several neighborhoods.
